| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este estudo tem como objetivo entender o cenário da avicultura na cidade de Cajazeiras no estado da Paraíba. Para isso lança mão de uma pesquisa descritiva que percorreu um caminho de identificar a importância da cadeia produtiva de frango de corte. Foram visitadas 05 (cinco) unidades produtivas, das quais uma foi escolhida para a aplicação de questionário, por ser a única que apresenta uma produção industrial, as demais são de pequeno porte. O método utilizado para consecução do trabalho foi o descritivo, que permite maior mensuração da realidade. Os resultados obtidos apontam para uma produção caracterizada, majoritariamente, pela forma artesanal com a utilização de mão-de-obra familiar e informalidade das relações de trabalho. A granja melhor analisada é a que apresenta maior grau de formalidade, é a única com registro e que adota a estratégia de capacitar os funcionários com constância. As considerações finais identificam as possibilidade e limitações do setor na cidade e região. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to understand the poultry farming scenario in the city of Cajazeiras in the state of Paraíba. For this, it makes use of a descriptive research that went through a path identifying the importance of the production chain. Five (05) production units were visited, one of which was chosen for the application of the questionnaire, as it is the only one with industrial production, the others. The method used to carry out the work was descriptive, which allows for greater measurement of reality. The results obtained point to a production characterized, mostly, by the artisanal form with the use of family labor and informality of work relations. The best analyzed farm is the one with the highest degree of formality, it is the only one with registration and that adopts the strategy of training employees with constancy. The final considerations identify the possibilities and limitations of the sector in the city and region. |
