Avaliação técnica e econômica da instalação de uma casa de embalagem de pêssego (Prunus persica L.), de mesa na região metropolitana de Porto Alegre-RS.

Abstract

The present work had as objective main to analyze viability economic technique and of the implantation of a packing house for peach in the Region Metropolitan of Porto Alegre-RS, in the quarter Vila Nova. The information gotten by means of interview with producers of the e region visits to its orchards together with the survey of the necessary equipment for its implantation, it allowed us to conclude that its execution is viable technique and economically. Based in market study simulations with eight different prices for processed kilo of peach had been carried through, varying of R$ 1,50 to R$ 4,00. In the eight simulations the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) surpassed the MRA (Minimum Rate of Attractiveness). The MRA adopted in the study was of 12% to the year. The implantation of the Packing House disclosed to be an excellent alternative for the producers of peaches of table of the Vila Nova.
