Abstract

This report describes the activities carried out by the student Talita do Patrocínio Dantas dos Santos, an undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Campina Grande, during her internship at Conectrom Brasil. The internship lasted for one year. At the company, the student was supervised by Eduardo Felipe and performed the following activities: surveying and verifying the quantity of materials to be used in wind farm and photovoltaic plant projects; sizing conductors and other accessories for medium and low voltage collection networks; and researching prices and quotations for conductor cables, string boxes, connectors, terminals, and other items within the electromechanical scope of the entire low and medium voltage network. At the end of the internship, the student managed to develop skills such as working under extreme pressure, customer interaction methods, analytical thinking, as well as acquiring new technical skills in the sizing of medium and low voltage networks and gaining knowledge of new technologies.
