| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este artigo aborda as representações das pessoas negras nas telenovelas exibidas pela Rede Globo de televisão nas décadas de 2000-2016. O corpus da pesquisa é composto por 87 telenovelas, distribuídas em três horários: 18, 19 e 21 horas. Primeiro foi realizado um levantamento da presença de personagens negros nas telenovelas ao longo do período supracitado, em seguida, a partir dos dados obtidos, fez-se uma seleção de títulos que, finalmente, foram analisados do ponto de vista das representações da população negra. Os resultados da análise apontam para o contraste existente entre um público cada vez mais politizado e distante dos papéis sociais estereotipados com que é representado. |
| Abstract: | This article deals with the representations of the black people in the telenovelas shown by Rede Globo television in the decades of 2000-2016. The corpus of the research is composed of 87 telenovelas, distributed in three schedules: 18, 19 and 21 hours. First, a survey of the presence of black characters in telenovelas was carried out over the aforementioned period. Then, from the data obtained, a selection of titles was made that, finally, were analyzed from the point of view of representations of the black population. The results of the analysis point to the contrast between an audience increasingly politicized and distant from the stereotyped social roles with which it is represented. |
