| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O desenvolvimento sustentável vem sendo pauta de diversos estudos realizados por organizações e/ou instituições ambientais que visam à preservação da natureza e um melhor aproveitamento dos recursos naturais oferecidos, com o intuito de harmonizar a necessidade dos seres humanos com a capacidade de suporte da natureza. Assim, o presente estudo, tem por objetivo identificar como se comporta a empresa BETA, frente à integração das dimensões ambiental, social e econômica propostos no modelo de Callado (2010). Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, de natureza descritiva, conduzida sob a forma de estudo de caso, utilizando o modelo de análise para a mensuração do desenvolvimento sustentável em empresas proposto por Callado (2010). Diante dos resultados obtidos, contatou-se que o comportamento da empresa BETA, diante da integração das dimensões ambiental, social e econômica de sustentabilidade dessa organização apresenta-se de forma mediana, onde mesmo com ações sustentáveis realizadas a empresa não consegue integralizar as dimensões ambiental, social e econômica. |
| Abstract: | Sustainable development has been the subject of several studies carried out by environmental organizations and / or institutions that aim at preserving nature and making better use of the natural resources offered, in order to harmonize the need of human beings with the capacity to support nature. Thus, the present study aims to identify how the company BETA behaves, facing the integration of the environmental, social and economic dimensions proposed in the Callado model (2010). For that, a qualitative research, of a descriptive nature, was conducted in the form of a case study, using the analysis model for the measurement of sustainable development in companies proposed by Callado (2010). In view of the results obtained, it was found that the behavior of the company BETA, faced with the integration of the environmental, social and economic dimensions of sustainability of this organization, presents itself in a medium way, where even with sustainable actions undertaken the company can not integrate the environmental dimensions, social and economic. |
