| Abstract: | Based on criticism and suggestions in recent studies on the effectiveness of certain types of help systems, this paper presents the design and modeling of an On-Line Help System based on Hypertext technology called HiperHelp. The system facilitates the handling of help from its inception to the end-user handling of software packages, providing an agile and productive help development environment. |
