| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | O objetivo foi estudar o efeito da velocidade sobre a quantidade aplicada de adubo e a uniformidade longitudinal da adubadora puncionadora, além de mapear o comportamento dosador. A unidade adubadora foi montada em uma bancada de ensaio adaptada para submetê-la à operação em diferentes velocidades e níveis de adubo por punção. Analisou-se o efeito das velocidades 4, 5, 6 e 7 km h-1 e os níveis correspondentes à abertura do dosador em 2, 6,7, 11,4, e 15 mm. Avaliou-se a uniformidade de aplicação entre punções utilizando como índice o coeficiente de variação (CV%), para as mesmas quatro aberturas do dosador e mantendo fixa a velocidade. O CV da uniformidade longitudinal de distribuição foi de 10,6% na abertura do dosador de 2 mm, e para as demais regulagens foi inferior a 6,6%. |
| Abstract: | The objective was to study the speed effect on the applied amount of seasoning and the longitudinal uniformity of the punch fertilizer applicator, and mapping the fertilizer meter behavior as well. The fertilizer applicator unit was mounted in a testing apparatus to make it operate in different speeds and seasoning levels by punching. The speed effects of 4, 5, 6 and 7 km h-1 and the opening levels of the fertilizer meter in 2, 6,7, 11,4, and 15 mm were analyzed. The uniformity of application among punches using the variation coefficient (VC%) as index was evaluated for the same four opening levels of fertilizer meter and, keeping the same speed. The VC for the longitudinal uniformity of distribution was of 10,6% in the opening of the fertilizer meter of 2 mm, it was less than 6,6% for the other regulations. |
