Crescimento inicial do gergelim sob diferentes doses de nitrogênio no biossólido comparados com outras fontes de matéria orgânicas.

Abstract

The objective of this work was to investigate the effect of different doses of nitrogen in the biosolids the in different sources of organic matter on the growth and initial development of the irrigated sesame. The experiment was conducted in the experimental area of the State Company of Agricultural Researches - EMEPA, located in the municipal district of Lagoa Seca/PB. The experimental the statistical design used was in blocks completed randomized factorial (4 x 4) with four replicates. The treatments were: four levels of manuring nitrogenada [20 (N1), 40 (N2), 60 (N3) and 80 (N4) KgN.ha-1], in relationship the four sources of organic matter [I manure bovine (EB), castor oil plant pie (TM), cotton pie (TA) and sewage sludge (LD)]. To evaluate the growth and development they six plants were 25, 40, 55 and 70 days after the sowing (DAS), where the following variables were measured: plant height (PH), diameter of the stem (SD), and foliar area measured (FA). It was verified they were ended that the increment of nitrogen in the form of TA increased the growth of the plant in height around 22,3% on the treatments LD, and that it didn't observe significant effects of the sources of organic matter on the variables SD and PH.
