Análise da oferta e demanda hídrica para minas gerais com o uso de sistema de informação geográfica.

Abstract

The knowledge of information that they express the demand and the offer water in an area is fundamental for the irrigation. The objective of this work was to analyze the demand and the offer water in the state of Minas Gerais during the year, generating information to subsidize the irrigated agriculture of the state. The values of ET0 were dear for the method of Penman-Monteith, standardized by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), starting from data originated diaries of registrations of 42 climatological stations of the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET) regarding a period of 17 years (1961 to 1978). The rain data were also solitary of that same database. With aid of the System of Geographical Information a map geospatialized of the water balance was generated. The state of Minas Gerais presents a deficit annual water in approximately 50% of his total area, could arrive, in areas of the north end to 1.165 mm year-1. The knowledge of the evapotranspiration, associate to the earnings of water through the rains, allows to determine the readiness water of an area, being like this of great importance in the agricultural planning.
