| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho teve como objetivo o estudo de um sistema para despalhe de cana-de-açúcar crua e inteira por rolos oscilantes com diferencial de velocidades, bem como a construção de um modelo desse dispositivo para avaliação do mesmo. Foi ensaiada uma variedade de cana-de-açúcar, sendo avaliado os danos mecânicos ao como e as gemas, e a porcentagem de remoção da palha, em função da velocidade de rotação dos rolos e da pré carga imposta ao sistema. Os resultados mostraram que é possível remover as palhas da cana-de-açúcar com o uso do dispositivo obtendo uma eficiência de até 82,5% sem danos significativos aos comos. |
| Abstract: | A design and evaluation of a whole stick sugarcane trash remove system by oscillating cylinders with differential angular velocity is described. A single variety of sugarcane is used during the evaluation testes, where the damage to the stoke and gemma, and the percentage of leaves removed as a function of the angular velocity of the cylinders and springs initial load. The results showed that the leaves removal as successful with a efficiency up to 82.5% with out any significant damage to the stoke. |
