dc.description.resumoNeste trabalho procurou-se determinar a quantidade de água que é condensada do ar ambiente quando esta passa por um evaporador de uma bomba de calor em função de sua velocidade e da temperatura do evaporador. Observa-se nesta pesquisa que a desumidificação do ar ambiente é obtida satisfatoriamente, no entanto existe uma limitação do tempo de operação quando são exigidas umidades relativas abaixo de 35%, pois existe formação de gelo restringido o tempo de operação do sistema.pt_BR

dc.description.abstractIn this work we have tried to determine the quantity of water that is condensed from the surrounding air when it passes through the evaporator of a heat pump as a function of its velocity and evaporator temperature. It can be observed from this research that the de-humidification of the surrounding air is satisfactorily obtained, but there exists a limitation on the operation time when relative air humidities lower than 35% are demanded, due to the forming of ice that restricts the operating time of the system.pt_BR
