| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo básico avaliar métodos para redução das podridões fúngicas, através de diferentes técnicas pós-colheita e verificar suas influências na conservação dos frutos de mamão. Pela análise dos resultados pode-se verificar que entre as técnicas estudadas, a aplicação de prochloraz em suspensão resfriada associada ao acondicionamento dos frutos com filme termoencolhível apresentou-se como melhor tratamento no controle total nas podridões fungicas e no prolongamento da vida dos frutos com melhor aparência externa. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this paper was to evaluate metods to reduce fungics putridity by differents post-harvest tecnicals and verify thats influence on the fruit conservation in storage. Analising that experiment, we obtained the best result on the association of prochloraz with the water refrigerated tratament and storage in a shrinkable film. |
