dc.description.abstractThe present report describes the activities carried out by Fernando Ferreira de Lima during the Integrated Internship over a period of 13 months, as part of the requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande. Fernando collaborated with the company Lumentum Operations LLC, where he had the opportunity to explore integrated photonics and actively participate in the development of projects and numerical simulations of photonic components and circuits. The internship provided an immersive learning environment, integrating theory and practice, and contributing to the completion of company projects.pt_BR
