| ???metadata.dc.description.resumo???: | Este trabalho consta de um estudo dos métodos iterativos para a resolução de sistemas de equações lineares visando a implementação desses métodos em uma biblioteca de algoritmos numéricos em desenvolvimento no DSC/UFPB. Inicialmente é apresentada uma visão geral de todos os métodos iterativos selecionados e em seguida um estudo detalhado do fator de relaxação no método de Sobre-Relaxação Sucessiva (SOR). Finalmente são apresentadas as sub rotinas e os testes se guindo as técnicas usadas no projeto e implantação da referida biblioteca, bem como as conclusões relativas a comparações entre os métodos diretos e iterativos e entre os métodos iterativos entre si. |
| Abstract: | This work consists of a study of iterative methods for solving systems of linear equations aiming at the implementation of these methods in a library of numerical algorithms under development at DSC / UFPB. Initially, an overview of all the selected iterative methods is presented and then a detailed study of the relaxation factor in the Successive Over-Relaxation (SOR) method. Finally, the subroutines and tests are presented, following the techniques used in the design and implementation of the referred library, as well as the conclusions regarding comparisons between direct and iterative methods and between iterative methods with each other. |
